Through Zoe Media Group, LLC, we offer a variety of CURATEUR subscriptions (each, a “Subscription”). Please review these CURATEUR Subscription Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel or we terminate your account.


By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale and our Privacy Policy (which describes how we collect, use and disclose your data and your consent to such collection, use, and disclosure) and are both incorporated into and are a part of these Subscription Terms.

 

1. Seasonal Subscriptions.

A “Seasonal” Subscription consists of an initial seasonal product box (each, a “Curation” or “Edit”) and an additional seasonal Curation sent out quarterly thereafter – Spring (shipping in March), Summer (June), Fall (September), and Winter (December). Each Curation  contains an assortment of fashion, beauty and lifestyle consumer products selected by the CURATEUR team.. If you sign up for a Seasonal Subscription, you will be immediately billed $125 (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and the current  season’s Curation will be the first Curation you receive. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $125 up to four weeks in advance of the subsequent seasonal Curation shipment date, and every season thereafter. Seasonal Subscriptions automatically renew each “Season” (i.e., calendar quarter) and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above.

 

2. Annual Subscriptions.

If you choose an Annual Subscription, you will receive the same Curation as you would under a SeasonalSubscription. If you sign up for an Annual Subscription, you will be immediately billed $450 (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) for four Curations. Annual Subscriptions automatically renew annually and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged for the next Annual Subscription Term up to four weeks before the next Curation.

 

3. Cancellation Policy.

Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the timeframes
below. We do not place “holds” on Subscriptions. In order to cancel your
Subscription, you can visit the "My Membership" page on our website and click “Cancel Membership” next to the active subscription listed in your account.  You may also contact us here and request cancellation from our customer service team. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Subscription renewal.

For Seasonal Subscriptions, this means that you must cancel before the billing date for the next Season. For Annual Subscriptions, you must cancel prior to the billing date for the next twelve- month period. Cancelling prior to the end of the annual membership period will not prorate your membership or result on a credit or refund.

 

4. Return Policy.

All CURATEUR purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of Curations, and any Box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Curation does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within four (4) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take two (2) weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Zoe Media Group.

 

5. Domestic Shipping and Taxes.

CURATEUR offers free shipping on subscription boxes to all US addresses. Taxes are charged in accordance with respective state laws and regulations.  Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Your Curation may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery.

 

6. International Shipping.

Non-US shipping fees are $30.00 per shipment.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping flat rate. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are calculated at the time of checkout and renewal. Some orders may experience customs delays which are beyond our control.

 

7. Data Transfers.

As stated in our Privacy Policy we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.  We also may share your Personal Information with third parties for our marketing, commercial and advertising purposes, subject to your opt-out and other rights as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
